2002 Home Show

"Gorgeous presentations of gorgeous skating," as Jennifer Dunning mentioned in her New York Times review of Ice Theatre of New York's 2002 Home Season performance. Ice Theatre presented new repertory works on ice by choreographers JACQULYN BUGLISI, KATHERINE HEALY, DOUG WEBSTER, and JOANNA MENDL SHAW & DAVID LIU. Performing with the ensemble were ROMAN SEROV, Russia's Olympic Alternate for the 2002 Games at Salt Lake City, performing his short program; KATHERINE HEALY in her fiery Tango; and DAVID LIU in JoJo Starbuck's Gershwin and Come Away with Me, his own choreography. The Home Season was the most successful ever, with full-house performances on Friday and Saturday. Click here for the New York Times review.
