New Yorkers bundled up and watched short performances by the Ice Theatre of New York during the City's winter celebration of arts and parks COOL NEW YORK, presented by the City Department of Parks and Recreation. Ice Theatre performed delicate pas de deux as well as exciting twists and turns, displaying athletic power and a balletic ability to convey stories, all the while staying balanced on thin steel blades.
