Fall Benefit Gala

The Ice Theatre of New York will be hosting a performance and benefit gala in honor of two-time Olympic medalist Nancy Kerrigan at 7 PM on Monday, October 27, 2008. The festivities include a performance by the Ice Theatre ensemble and guest stars at Sky Rink, which will be followed by cocktails and dinner at The Lighthouse (both on Pier 61 at Chelsea Piers).

Ice Theatre touring France

Ice Theatre presented its "Dance Visions on Ice" in Villard de Lans in the French Alps at the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Mountain Cup skating competition.

NY1 at Riverbank ice concert

NY1 will come to the rink at Riverbank State Park on Thursday morning between 7 and 8am to film Ice Theatre's performers getting ready for the ice concert later that morning. The Ice Theatre Ensemble and skater, choreographer & Co-Artistic Director, David Liu will be performing. The ice concert and free skating clinic will follow at 10:30am. Tune in to NY1 - Channel 1 on Time Warner Cable between 7 and 8am.

2008 Concert Series

Ice Theatre will perform its 22nd season of ice concerts at the most famous rink in the world at Rockefeller Plaza starting on February 27 at 1pm. The 13th season of the New Works and Young Artists Series will start on February 28 at 10:30am

ITNY JOINS THE CHELSEA CULTURAL PARTNERSHIP - DESTINATION CHELSEA

Ice Theatre of New York recently joined The Chelsea Cultural Partnership - a coalition of cultural organizations and businesses located in Manhattan's Chelsea. Its mission is to increase the public's participation in, and enjoyment of, Chelsea's rich cultural and entertainment life.

ICE THEATRE OF NEW YORK TO HOLD RESIDENCY IN SAUGERTIES, NY

The company will be conducting its 2007 residency at the Kiwanis Ice Arena in Saugerties, NY at the end of March and first two weeks of April. The comany will create new repertory and rehearse in preparation for upcoming performances in the NY Area in April and a mini-tour in France in early May. Apprentices are welcome to join the company at the residency and a special educational program will be conducted during Easter break.

THE 2007 CONCERT SERIES

Celebrating its 21st Season at the Rink at Rockefeller Plaza, Ice Theatre of New York returned to the world's most famous rink with a series of free lunch-time concerts. At our first concert on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 we showed many duets In honor of Valentine's Day in addition to company repertory.
